True North Restoration of McKinney & Frisco

I had a massive sewer back up into one of my construction projects in Fort Worth, TX. Thankfully, I was given Cavalry Restoration’s number by a colleague. My first point of contact was Taiwan who made me feel taken care of right away because of his professional demeanor. He assigned Mike as my Project Manager, he was on site right away and assessed the situation. Mike was very responsive and communicative both with daily reports and photos. No matter what the project threw at him, Mike made sure that the clean up continued so that my client could open for business. I always pride myself on the teams that I partner with, thank you Cavalry Restoration for doing such a great job and making me look good to my client! Frankie Doyle Doyle Property Services

The crew at True North Restoration is the one you want working on and in your home and taking care of all the other moving parts when you’re in the unfortunate place of dealing with flooding/restoration. It’s hard to know who to trust; you can trust True North. They are truly in the business to help and want to do a stellar job and make the process as seamless as possible. Harvey is the best!

We called them when our son flooded the upstairs bathroom, and they showed up right away. They immediately got to work drying everything out and walked us through the entire process—including dealing with insurance. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with. My husband and I truly appreciate their hard work in getting our home back to normal!

I had restoration to come out and perform a FREE consultation for my home due to a flood in the restroom. They thoroughly checked different areas of the home to ensure no further damage was done. They explained everything to where I could clearly understand the issue and process moving forward. They came out as soon as I called, and the customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Please look no further, and use them for your water damage needs.
